Is the Asian Games popular across all of Asia?

Do other countries operate like ours, where all the events are broadcast on public networks?
Of course, it might not be popular in countries that find it hard to win medals, but I'm curious if even top 10 ranking countries broadcast everything on public networks like we do?? And if it gets featured as a main topic in the news.
