I have a question regarding Jeonse brokerage fees

I am a tenant and my contract is scheduled to expire at the end of the year. However, since the landlord has changed,
I am in a position where I need to rewrite the Jeonse contract with the new landlord with a slight increase in the deposit.
The real estate agency is asking for a brokerage fee,
but is it standard practice to pay one in this situation?
