Does it feel like the Lotte baseball team's rookies just never break out?

‌Even if they don't reach the level of Doosan's "infinite resource" system,
it seems like LG and KIA from the "L-Lot-Gi" group occasionally produce decent rookies.
And as a team that had a long tanking season,
Hanwha at least manages to produce some rookies that become well-known.
Lotte feels like they are in a similar tanking phase,
but it feels like their rookies truly never break out..
Also, at some point, they seem to have gained an image of being an "old man team"...
Not only are their current results poor,
but because of this image, the team feels like it has no future.
