I don't find the organ trafficking rumors believable

Surgery isn't something you can just do like an eyelid procedure at a hair salon back in the day.
While it might seem possible in China for some reason,
I don't think it's possible in our country.
Organ transplants aren't something just anyone can perform,
and finding a compatible donor would be difficult. So, they just grab anyone,
extract the organs, and sell them?
It doesn't seem feasible to me.
