Have you ever seen a female soldier or police officer and thought, "That person is really good at their job"?

First of all, since I'm a woman, I've never been in the military so I wouldn't know, but since I live in Songtan, I've seen female soldiers passing by a few times, and they all seem very thin.
However, I have seen a few female police officers with a solid build. One of them got out of the car alone without any male officers and walked with such confidence; she was so large that she must have done judo or something. Even as a woman, I thought she looked cool. I think it would be great if only people like her became police officers.
To be clear, I am not against female soldiers or female police officers in general. I believe in the saying "women fight women" because it's more efficient for a female troublemaker to be handled by another woman.
But if they are going to recruit, they should abolish the quota system and let them compete fairly with men. It makes no sense to give them different hurdles just because they are women.
Saying they can't serve as enlisted soldiers but can serve as officers? It feels like a high school student becoming a professor to teach university students.
